Went for a 10k bike ride this morning down the Salt Marsh Trail. The weather was perfect...warm and sunny with just a bit of a breeze. Next time I will go all the way from Bissett Road to Lawrencetown Beach. Last year there was a section that was really rocky but it has been cleaned up so it makes for a really nice bike ride. I will be getting out on the road this week in preparation for the MS Bike Tour....if you would like to make a donation for this event just let me know.
