I've never watched a movie and experienced such a draw to a house as I did this one. I have to visit it at some point in my life...hopefully soon. It was featured in the movie Nights in Rodanthe and as soon as I saw it the laptop was open and I was searching for it. It really does exist although the interior doesn't look like it did in the movie....it wasn't the interior that caught my eye anyway. It is situated right on the beach...in fact, in the movie they show the water right at the bottom of the steps...must have been high tide. It is a house unlike any I have ever seen and I would love to spend some time there.....maybe someday :)
